Overheard at a Mexican restaurant

Patron: Does your taco salad come with romaine lettuce or iceberg?

Server: It’s iceberg.

Patron: OK, I’ll have the chicken nachos then.

Looks like we may make iceberg lettuce an heirloom variety yet.

But since the Sysco truck was pulling up as I was leaving, that probably won’t be any time soon.
