Farmers Market dinner at Brushmark

Andrew Adams, the excellent young chef of Brushmark at the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art will be preparing a dinner using ingredients from the Memphis Farmers Market. Dinner will be $50 plus tax and tip.

Chef Adams is one of a number of local chefs who source at least some of their ingredients from the market. If you can’t make it to the market dinner, definitely visit Brushmark to support a good restaurant and to encourage the use of local ingredients.
