Juanita Jones from Jones Orchard will speak at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 2, at Cafe Eclectic. Mrs. Jones will talk about the differences between different types of preserves and about how she uses produce from the orchard in many of their products.

Someone from the orchard will also be there to discuss the produce grown and life in general at the orchard.

Jones Orchard will provide samples of their preserves. Cafe Eclectic will provide croissants and coffee. The event is free and open to everyone. Come out and learn more about local food and about the mission of Slow Food.
