Pick up a copy of the 3/18 edition of the Memphis Flyer. Stacey Greenberg has an excellent piece on why there are so few food carts in Memphis.

Also, check out the I Love Memphis blog. Kerry has been in Austin for SxSW, and one of the things she has noticed is the wealth of food carts there, including popsicles and tacos.

    I just moved back here from Austin, and there were a ridiculous amount of food carts, from the boring taco carts to smores carts to corn carts to bbq sandwich carts..
