Introducing Edible Memphis


Melissa and Kjeld Petersen just came to Memphis, and they brought the good stuff with them. They are the co-founders of the new Slow Food USA convivium here. They also brought Edible Memphis Magazine, a member of the Edible Communities Publications family.

The magazine makes its official debut 4/25. Melissa will be at Shelby Farms for the Earth Day festivities on 4/22 with copies of the magazine. Stop by to check it out, then come downtown for Porter-Leath‘s Rajun Cajun Crawfish Fest.
