Summer Cooking Classes at Encore

Jose Gutierrez and the other chefs of Encore will be giving cooking demonstrations this summer. Classes are on Saturdays at 11:30. The cost is $50 with a 10% discount for bookings of three or more.

Amazing appetizers for memorable parties.

There will also be a three course wine dinner on July 25th. The cost is $65.
