The Easter Squirrel Cometh

It’s Easter time, and the family came for a feast, Squirrel-style. Mama Squirrel brought a bounty back from Chino Farms near San Diego. We used the Chino produce along with some beautiful lamb chops from Jerusalem Market and top-notch ingredients from Fresh Market and Wild Oats to put on quite a spread.

    wow. just wow. I’m impressed by the fresh produce, but moreso by the technique and beauty of the presentation. That’s awesome

    Thanks for the kind words. We enjoy the plating almost as much as we do the cooking. Whenever a big meal is coming up we find ourselves drawn to the Williams Sonoma outlet just in case we need more plates.
