Welcome to Knipple Land

I’m Angela Knipple, and I will be your host today. If you’ve found this site, you’re already aware that my husband Paul and I enjoy writing about, eating, and sharing great food. On this blog, we’ll introduce you to some of the wonderful people and places that we encounter on our journey to attempt to become professional food writers.

You’ll be able to read posts from each of us, and we’ll talk about what it’s like to write and cook as a team and as individuals. You’ll learn why two technical professionals have decided to embark on this mission and how we balance that with our day jobs. You’ll also get to hear about the trials and tribulations of a fourteen-year-old recipe tester.

We hope you enjoy the ride as much as we do, and we hope to have a long trip ahead of us.
